Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Little Ridge Children's Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
There will be a 20% Restocking Fee, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All Sale items are FINAL SALE. All Hair Bows, Hats, Swimwear, Socks, and Pacifiers are FINAL SALE.
You must have your Order Number to process a return. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be stain free (pet hair, etc.)
- Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
We do not offer exchanges.
Return Instructions
To return,
- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! :)
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@shoplittleridge.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
